Memorial Sloan Kettering’s campaign to reverse declining patient involvement due to Covid-19 panic (patients were more fearful of Covid than cancer and delayed urgent cancer treatments).
Resulted in 80%+ increase in patient leads within the first 3 weeks, 19% improvement in search within 1 week, and 30% Reduction in Cost per Patient Lead
